This Privacy Policy explains how Ticker-Terminal ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ticker-terminal.com, our mobile apps, and related services (the "Service"). Ticker-Terminal is operated from the State of California, USA.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information to train third-party foundation models.
We share the minimum information necessary with the following categories of processors:

We use first-party cookies, local storage, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; see our Cookie Policy.
If you enable notifications, we store the push token issued by your device so we can deliver alerts you have configured. You can disable notifications at any time from Settings.
We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days (backups roll off within 30 additional days). Billing records required by tax law and anonymized logs used for security may be retained as legally required.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, and least-privilege access. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. You may also contact us at privacy@ticker-terminal.com.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights with respect to your personal information:
To exercise these rights, email privacy@ticker-terminal.com from the address on your account. We will verify your request by matching it against the account owner's email. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframes required by California law (generally 45 days).
Categories of personal information collected (last 12 months): identifiers (email, user ID, device ID, IP address); commercial information (subscription plan, billing status); internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, feature usage, diagnostic logs); geolocation data (coarse, derived from IP); and inferences drawn from the above (e.g., watchlists and portfolio holdings you enter). We collect this information from you, from your device, and from our service providers.
"Shine the Light" (California Civil Code §1798.83): we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above indicates when this policy was last revised.
