Ticker-Terminal offers a free plan and paid plans (e.g. Essential Investor, Pro Investor, Elite Investor). The features and limits of each plan are described on the in-app pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Unless canceled, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for each successive period.
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated and renews at standard pricing thereafter.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except where required by law.
Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are pro-rated for the remainder of the billing period; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
If you subscribe through Apple's App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by that store's terms. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect on your renewal. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before renewal.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case at support@ticker-terminal.com and are subject to Stripe's or the relevant app store's refund policy.
Deleting your Ticker-Terminal account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Stripe. Cancel from Manage billing before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
